Position Overview
Far Ridgeline Engagements a QinetiQ US company is seeking An HR Operations Analyst responsible for drafting travel orders and meticulously managing and maintaining all travel documentation records. This role ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements supports efficient travel operations and provides accurate recordkeeping for audit and reporting purposes.
Responsibilities
- Draft review and process travel orders for personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all travel documentation including approvals receipts itineraries and expense reports.
- Monitor and update travel documentation to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies or issues related to travel documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on travel activities expenditures and compliance status for management review.
- Support audits by providing requested travel documentation and ensuring all records are uptodate.
- Continuously improve documentation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience as an operations analyst in direct support of DOD operations providing analytic assessments and recommended mitigations strategies for constructs organizations and assets.
- 4 years of SOF experience
- 4 years of experience in Army Human resources Management systems
