We have an AI startup client who is looking for a G&A sourcer. The role is remote and a sixmonth contract that could be extended.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent for General and Administrative (G&A) roles across the organization
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media platforms professional networks and industryspecific forums to build a robust talent pipeline
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine search criteria
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to ensure accurate and uptodate candidate information
- Adapt sourcing strategies to meet the evolving needs of a fastpaced highgrowth startup environment
Qualifications :
- 3 years of G&A sourcing experience
- Experience working for a tech company in hypergrowth
- Able to talent and market map
- Experinxe with greenhouse and Gem
