You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPromote and specify Moen/Fortune products with architectural firms construction companies and key decisionmakers involved in construction projects across various segments such as hospitality residential institutional and housing.
Identify opportunities to secure new projects for the company; assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products; respond to and follow up on customer inquiries and requirements.
Provide technical training to customers sales teams architects and builders.
Analyze negotiate and submit pricing proposals.
Develop strong longterm and close relationships with key architects and construction companies.
Offer aftersales service (provide information on product delivery dates and warranties promote training on proper installation procedures to ensure correct product installation provide technical datasheets installation procedures etc.).
Increase brand positioning through institutional presentations training sessions distribution of catalogs and promotional products.
Build close relationships with sales representatives from our Distributors to support them in projects where we are invited to participate.
Generate regional performance reports and metrics.
Effectively manage ambiguous or conflict situations in accordance with company policies.
Achieve the annual sales target established by the company.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering (completed)
Experience: 4 or more years in related roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Knowledge of the faucet industry Preferred
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Familiarity with the Baja California region (North/South) and willingness to travel within the region
