Job Description
Brivo is looking for a strategic customerdriven Principal Product Manager to shape the future of our Enterprise offerings. In this role youll define and execute product strategies that drive adoption differentiation and market leadership. You will work crossfunctionally with engineering sales and marketing to bring innovative solutions to lifeensuring our products meet the unique demands of Enterprise customers.
This position is based at our headquarters in Bethesda MD and requires the ability to work onsite.
What Youll Do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise vertical aligning with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with engineering design sales and marketing to prioritize and launch impactful features.
- Define and track key success metrics ensuring datadriven product decisions.
- Lead the endtoend product lifecycle from concept to launch with a focus on execution.
- Collaborate with other product managers to align product development across teams.
- Develop gotomarket strategies and support sales enablement efforts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
What Were Looking For
- 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management. Focus on the electronic security industry and enterprise vertical solutions is preferred.
- Experience designing customer journeys for:
- Enterprise (purchasing deploying expanding renewing)
- Partner resellers (quoting transaction management service delivery)
- Experience with 3rd party product integrations and combined tech partner gotomarket.
- Bachelors degree in business engineering or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of launching and scaling enterpriselevel products.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skillsability to define the vision and drive outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product development tools.
- Resultsdriven mindset with datadriven decisionmaking.
- Passion for innovation technology and customer success.
The compensation package for this fulltime position includes a base salary range of $150000$180000. Individual compensation packages are based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location training and market conditions.
