Head Hostess
The Head Hostess will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing the restaurants reception operations and supervising the hostess team.
- Supervise and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service.
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or special requests promptly.
- Oversee the daily operations of the frontofhouse ensuring smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to optimize table turnover and enhance overall dining efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations guest counts and special requests.
- Ensure that the frontofhouse area is clean organized and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards for service and presentation.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a hostess role in a fivestar hotel for at least 2 years.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
