Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Lead (Band D1) to oversee the successful delivery of complex digital transformation programs leveraging Google Dialogflow CX and related Google Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong handson experience with Dialogflow CX a solid background in US Healthcare and Insurance domains and a proven track record of managing medium to largescale digital transformation projects. This role requires both technical acumen and excellent stakeholder management capabilities to act as a trusted advisor to clients ensuring value delivery and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead endtoend delivery of digital transformation projects specifically involving Google Dialogflow CX and GCPbased solutions.
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines budget and quality metrics.
- Implement agile and DevOps best practices to drive project efficiency.
- Team Management
- Manage and mentor a team of developers and technical leads working on Conversational AI and Google Cloudbased initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration learning and performance optimization across the team.
- Client Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership driving strategic conversations and delivering regular updates on project status risks and milestones.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients helping them define and realize the value of Google technology solutions in their business context.
- Solution Expertise
- Provide handson technical guidance in the implementation of Google Dialogflow CX.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Managers to shape scalable and effective solutions.
- Domain Leadership
- Bring deep domain knowledge in US Healthcare and Insurance to shape contextual compliant and impactful solutions.
- Drive business process improvements and innovations aligned with industry trends and client needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 15 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on Digital Transformation projects.
- Minimum 35 years of handson experience with Google Dialogflow CX and other Google Cloud Platform services.
- Proven experience in managing medium to large teams (15 resources) across multilocation delivery environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and navigate client leadership dynamics effectively.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare and Insurance processes systems and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics for business audiences.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering () or related field; advanced certifications in GCP or Dialogflow CX preferred.
Nice to Have
- GCP certifications (e.g. Professional Cloud Architect Professional Cloud Developer).
- Exposure to other Conversational AI platforms like Amazon Lex Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g. Apigee MuleSoft) and enterprise middleware.
