Role Aim/Purpose:
To help ensure BlackRock is regarded and continues to be regarded by regulators and peers as a company with high compliance standards by supporting the implementation continued development growth and maintenance of an effective global and regional marketing & distribution and crossborder compliance framework.

Given the large number of regional compliance processes which are being handled in India this role assumes significant importance. The candidate has an opportunity to be involved in global and regional initiatives and will receive on the job training acquiring product knowledge and exposure to multiple cross border legal and regulatory requirements.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRocks hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
