Lifeguard Job Description
- Maintain constant surveillance of patrons and act immediately with appropriate measures to secure safety of patrons in the event of an emergency.
- Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of EMS.
- Assist in proper maintenance and sanitary upkeep of the pool and pool area. Including vacuuming cleaning setting up of chairs and pool supplies.
- Enforce pool policies rules and regulations.
- Maintain daily log of pool chemical levels.
- Perform miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned.
- Provide written reports on all accidents.
Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older
- Must have a current Lifeguard Certification
- Must have current CPR training and certification
- Must have current First Aid Certification
- Must have a flexible schedule holidays and weekends will be required.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to interact with customers in a professional manner.
