Job Description
- Ensure the safety of pool users by maintaining constant vigilance and enforcing pool rules and regulations.
- Perform lifesaving techniques and administer first aid as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area and surrounding facilities.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service addressing guest enquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the spas sales efforts and promote various services and activities within the resort.
- Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the pool area adhering to established standards and procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to maintain and improve lifesaving skills and knowledge.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations including proper handling of pool chemicals.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the pool area as assigned.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the hotels uniform and grooming standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
