Lifeguard

Lifeguard Opportunity:

A lifeguard provides a clean safe and friendly environment to North Central Health Care consumers. A lifeguard prevents accidents and responds quickly to emergencies in the pool area.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The pay range for this role is $14.99-$16.33 based on experience.
• This has occasional requirements. Hours are Saturday 8:00am 12:00 noon and fill in shifts as needed.
• Newly updated facility employee assistance program and more.

What Qualifies You:

• Current Lifeguard certification
• Current BLS (CPR) certification
• Must be 16 years old

What a Lifeguard Does at NCHC:

• Maintains safety of swimmers.
• Enforces and observes all rules regulations and policies.
• Keeps deck clean and organized.
• Responds quickly and appropriately to all emergency situations.
• Assists physical therapy staff.
• Assists with pool maintenance and housekeeping.
• Maintains regular and predictable on-site attendance.
