The Opportunity

As anAccount Executive based inMunich or Hamburg you will collaborate with leading German manufacturers to elevate customer engagement streamline operations and achieve outstanding results.

Adobe Experience Cloud enables manufacturers to create personalized content that drives action and supports seamless commerce experiences.With tools to deliver the right message at the right time businesses can guide customers from inspiration to purchaseacross websites apps and digital storefronts. By combining creative content with smart targeting and integrated commerce capabilities Adobe helps brands boost engagement and turn content into conversions.

We are seeking a motivated sales professional who excels in managing complex sales cycles and building strong relationships. Experience working with or selling to major German manufacture is a big plus!

What Youll Do

  • Grow the Sales Pipeline: Identify and pursue opportunities with key German manufacturing accounts creating a pipeline that leads to successful deals.
  • Develop Clear Strategies: Create account plans that connect Adobes solutions to the business needs of major manufacturers focusing on their goals and challenges.
  • Build Relationships with Leaders: Work closely with executives and decisionmakers earning their trust and helping them choose the right solutions.
  • Show Real Value: Demonstrate how Adobes technologies can improve customer experiences and deliver measurable business results.
  • Collaborate for Success: Orchestrate crossfunctional teams to manage complex projects ensuring seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.

What Youll Need

  • Manufacturing Experience: A background in working with or selling to large German manufacturers and an understanding of their specific needs.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and exceed revenue goals.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead account teams and influence key stakeholders in tough decisionmaking situations.
  • Analytical Thinking: Use data to create practical strategies that deliver results.
  • Driven by Results:A performancefocused attitude thriving in fastpaced and challenging environments.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent German and strong English skills are essential.
