Job Description:
The Corporate Real Estate Digital Communication Coop will be responsible for assisting and supporting the overall Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team in their communications marketing and change management initiatives. The CRE comprises of Workplace Strategy Workplace Solutions Project Management Leasing Sustainability and Analytics and Technology Systems.
This opportunity is available to students with a December 2025 or later graduation date.
What will you do
Main accountabilities will include creating communication assets including newsletters emails PowerPoints digital media (such as videos or posters) internal social media content and templates for all CRE teams and implementing these through creative marketing and communication strategies. The coop will report to the Workplace Change Program Manager but will work with different leaders across CRE as required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Canva Camtasia etc. is an asset
Qualifications
Interest exposure or education in business branding marketing communications
Previous work experience in a communication or marketing company is an asset
Proficient in Excel Word PPT

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
