Job Description: Police Officer Starting Salary: $50232Job Summary:The NTCC PD is a newly formed organization. NTCC commissioned police officers are our most publicly visible representatives of the department and are responsible to patrol the campus to prevent crime to preserve the peace and to protect life and property by enforcing Texas state laws and NTCC System rules and officers patrol the campus by car and on foot. Administers emergency first aid to injured or incapacitated people as deescalation techniques to increase the likelihood of and maintain a variety of specialized; maintain skill and proficiency in driving the use of firearms and other issued a high standard of physical traffic when in court to present evidence and to testify against people accused of police and other related in community engagement in training programs as regular dependable and punctual all related work as required. Bending stretching sitting and standing for extended Environment:Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions and may involve moving throughout the facility and community. Work may also include a typical office assigned shift knowing that shifts vary and may include evenings weekends and level out in the field is moderately loud and noise level in the office is moderately quiet.
