Connelly School of the Holy Child is a Catholic college preparatory school dedicated to the intellectual spiritual artistic physical and social development of young women in grades 6 through 12. Job Summary:

The Lead Front Desk Receptionist Student Intern will assist in managing the front desk operations of our school and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in administration communication and leadership while supporting the daily activities of the front office.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors students and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage incoming calls directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Organize and maintain the front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing copying and managing correspondence.

Train and mentor fellow interns or new front desk staff as needed.

Support special projects and events as assigned by the front office supervisor.

Perform other administrative duties as required.



Requirements

Current Junior and Senior students at Connelly School of the Holy Child who were previously employed as a Front Desk Receptionist Student Intern.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technology.

A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.



Benefits
