Salary: $55800 $79200 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Maranatha Christian School is seeking a compassionate and qualified Special Education Teacher to join our supportive Christcentered learning

The Special Education Teacher will:
- Develop implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with exceptionalities
- Work closely with classroom teachers educational assistants and parents to support diverse learners
- Use evidencebased strategies to provide direct support and differentiated instruction
- Foster a nurturing and respectful environment that reflects Christian values
- Maintain open ongoing communication with staff and families
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold (or be eligible for) BC teacher certification with specialization or training in special education
