Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring prompt customer service to all maintenance repair requests and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident moveins through direct supervision. You will ensure that the property meets all CohenEsrey standards for safety and appearance. You will keep track of inventory and partner with management on priorities and budget. The Maintenance Supervisor is an essential team member for CohenEsrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

Qualifications

Previous Maintenance Supervisor Experience
3 years of Maintenance Experience including light plumbing and electrical.
Ability to bend stoop lift carry push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly.
Ability to respond to afterhours emergencies.
Valid Drivers License
Basic tools required to include personal smart phone technology.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven 2 years of HVAC experience
HVAC Certified
