The ideal candidate will possess a robust combination of product management technological acumen and expertise in customer experience along with a strategic mindset exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful execution. In this role you will be responsible for defining product strategy conducting market and customer research to gain deep insights into customer needs and driving the development of new product concepts to effectively communicate the value of enduser computing to our customers. Collaborating with a crossfunctional team you will play a pivotal role in shaping various aspects of product definition design and execution in alignment with the Amazon WorkSpaces roadmap. We are seeking a strong business leader who is adept at articulating their vision to AWS senior leadership while also working closely with engineering teams to meticulously translate ideas into reality. Bachelors degree
5 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
Experience with feature delivery and managing product tradeoffs
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with endtoend product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and productrelated strategy
MBA
Experience building and managing virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions such as Citrix or similar technologies
Experience with Windows and Linux OS lifecycle management in enterprise environments
Handson experience with modern development tools CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure services
Experience with resource optimization and sustainability initiatives in cloud environments
Experience working with technical partners and managing partner relationships
Experience with packaging and pricing strategies for technical products

The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market.
