As a Product Manager within Customer Recovery you will be responsible for designing developing and leading the strategy and roadmap to improve the recovery experience for our customers during delays. This is a brilliant opportunity to deliver impactful and meaningful change to our customers people operations and commercially in an environment where you will have the space to define short term initiatives and strategic big bets.
You will work closely with our frontline teams operations technology design digital and external vendors to define create and deliver new digital capabilities and improved human assisted experiences.
