Were thrilled to expand our team and are searching for a talented Influencer Collaboration Specialist to help us continue our journey of elevating the 5 to 9. This role focuses on building meaningful connections with social media influencers and content creators to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
This is an entrylevel and parttime position no experience is required (but preferred). The pay rate for Influencer Collaboration Specialists is $14/hour up to $18/hour based on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and Outreach: Prospect influencers and social media creators for collaboration opportunities with Cozy Earth.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain longterm partnerships with influencers and content creators.
- Campaign Development: Assist in creating influencer campaigns for product launches promotions and usergenerated content initiatives.
- Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with influencers to coordinate campaign strategies and ensure successful execution.
- Roster Management: Maintain and update a roster of influencers and content creators.
- Creative Feedback: Review influencergenerated content provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements to align with brand standards.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
The ideal candidate is someone that is:
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Instagram Facebook Youtube Tiktok)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple personalities
- Collaborative and positive team player
- Works well in a fastpaced environment and able to adapt quickly
- Interested in marketing roles
- Experience working with influencers is a plus!
