Job Title: Signage Project Coordinator
Location: Remote (Preferably within MST or overlapping time zones)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:
The Signage Project Coordinator plays a key role in keeping projects on track by consolidating updates managing project documentation and supporting project managers and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone organized detailoriented and experienced in project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate project updates from multiple project managers.
- Maintain project tracking using Smartsheets.
- Manage document uploads and distribution.
- Initiate task requests to support groups.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and milestones.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of project coordination or administrative support experience.
- Proficiency with Smartsheets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience with Odoo.
- Background in the signage industry.
