Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Delivery Lead who can take full ownership of delivering business value through wellmanaged products and agile processes. In this role you will be responsible for defining product vision gathering and refining business requirements prioritizing backlogs and facilitating agile ceremonies to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. Acting as a central point of collaboration between stakeholders and the delivery team you will drive clarity alignment and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure the highest value features are delivered first.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups reviews and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and foster a highperforming collaborative team environment.
- Continuously engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product direction.
- Monitor delivery metrics and encourage ongoing improvements in team performance and product outcomes.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business IT or related discipline.
- 4 years of experience across Product Ownership Business Analysis and Scrum Master roles.
- Proven ability to manage backlogs define requirements and lead Agile ceremonies.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Handson experience with tools like Jira Confluence or similar Agile platforms.

Agile certifications (e.g. CSPO CSM PSM) are a plus.
