The ideal candidate will have expertise in Air Sea and Cross Trade freight forwarding along with a strong ability to create tailored logistics solutions for clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air Sea and Cross Trade CHB).
- Identify client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create and execute a sales plan strategy that meets or exceeds monthly sales goals and initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets and regularly report on sales pipeline and performance to senior management.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and negotiate terms with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in freight forwarding sales (Air Sea Cross Trade and CHB).
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Selfmotivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
- Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or a related field preferred.
