Job Title: Video Content & Social Media Manager
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:
Were looking for a Video Editor & Social Media Manager to lead the creation scheduling and publishing of highquality video content across platforms including YouTube Instagram LinkedIn Twitter (X) and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on handson execution understands what performs on social media and is excited to contribute to a growing content strategy over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce both shortform and longform video content tailored for each platform.
- Schedule and publish videos on YouTube Instagram LinkedIn Twitter (X) and TikTok.
- Engage with comments and messages in a timely brandaligned manner.
- Assist with content ideation by researching trends competitors and audience interests.
- Track and summarize performance metrics (views engagement reach) to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal team members to align content with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven video editing experience for social media platforms (portfolio or samples required).
- Familiarity with platformspecific content formats (e.g. Shorts Reels Stories).
- Basic knowledge of content scheduling and performance tracking tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines across platforms.
NicetoHaves:
- Interest in expanding into SEO blogging or broader digital marketing.
- Experience or enthusiasm for using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to boost productivity.
- Longterm motivation to grow within the company and take on larger marketing responsibilities.
