Job Description

About the role

Ramsay Health Care is seeking an initiativetaking and detailoriented Learning Systems Administrator to join our Learning and Organisational Development Department on a Permanent Fulltime basis. The Learning Systems Administrator will be responsible for the management and administration of our learning management system (LMS) and other learning technologies. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient implementation and reporting of training and development programs across the organisation.

Skills and experience

  • Bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of prior experience in LMS administration in a corporate environment.
  • Strong technical skills with a good understanding of learning technologies.
  • Be an advanced user of Excel and data reporting tools.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
  • Experience in Workday LMS Janison CLS LinkedIn Learning Systems (desirable)
