Job Title: FrontEnd UI Developer
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:
Were looking for a selfdriven FrontEnd UI Developer to improve the mobile responsiveness consistency and user experience of our existing websites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys refining frontend performance layout and UX flow. Youll work closely with senior leadership and an internal software developer to bring clarity and polish to customerfacing web interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and enhance existing websites for mobile responsiveness and usability.
- Implement responsive web designs using HTML CSS and JavaScript (React Vue or similar).
- Optimize page load times and site performance.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to improve user experiences.
- Ensure consistent branding and layout across all devices.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide input on frontend improvements.
- Coordinate with the internal software developer for technical integration.
- Test and debug across browsers and screen sizes.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of frontend/UI web development experience.
- Proficient in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and responsive design techniques.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like React Vue or Angular.
- Strong understanding of mobilefirst and usercentered design principles.
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with leadership.
- Capable of conducting audits and developing clear action plans.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience with TypeScript and performance optimization tools.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma Adobe XD etc.).
- Understanding of SEO and accessibility standards.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Previous experience in a remote contract role.
