Role Description:
Youll be responsible for (Responsibilities):
- Design engineering and implementation support for Cisco UCCX.
- Develop process and service design package documentation.
- Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support for UCCX CUCM and CUC.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and training to internal Telephony Services staff.
- Support enhancements to call routing and call center agent/supervisor features.
- Cisco UCCX: 5 years
- Cisco CUCM: 5 years
- Cisco Unity Connection: 5 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Youll have (Qualification & Experience):
- Bachelors Degree in related field is required.
