JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Lead the gathering and analysis of system requirements working directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and finalize detailed technical profiles and system requirements specifications.
- Analyze input documents and high-level feature diagrams decompose complex functions into manageable sub-functions and ensure compatibility with overall system architecture.
- Ensure clear traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and status calls with customers maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in reviews of requirements-related artifacts to ensure quality and completeness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent in Electrical Electronics or Computer Science.
- Experience in the automotive or related domain.
- Strong knowledge of conventional powertrain systems (Ship Train Truck Cars) and a solid understanding of after-treatment technologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of systems engineering principles engine control systems and performance control strategies.
- Proven experience in system-level requirement writing and specification.
- Familiarity with MATLAB/SIMULINK is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English C1 level or higher).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CAN SPI UART or I2C protocols is a plus.
- Familiarity with PTC Integrity Tool (or equivalent) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of M-scripting.
