The Opportunity:
Our client a missiondriven organization dedicated to creating phonefree spaces is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support their education sector. In this role youll manage a portfolio of up to 200 schools ensuring they successfully implement phonefree solutions and maximize their benefits. By building strong relationships and providing outstanding support youll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction retention and longterm success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 200 school accounts ensuring they understand and effectively use phonefree solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with administrators teachers and IT staff to foster collaboration and trust.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify needs and address challenges.
- Monitor engagement metrics to evaluate product effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing to create resources that support customer success.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in account management or customer success preferably in the education sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong consultative relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a large portfolio effectively.
