Description

We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee BYUPathways website leading all marketing efforts from first inquiry to student enrollment. Youll also advise teams on engaging students through graduation.

Youll play a vital role guiding students from their first website visit to enrollment influencing their ongoing educational journey. Your work helps students find and maintain a meaningful faithcentered path at BYUPathway Worldwide.

Important: A bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or a Masters degree and 3 years of experience is required. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. When working with the international teams an adjustment in core business hours is required. Some weekend work may be needed during times of high volume or deadlines that need to be met. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Website & Web Marketing:

  • Manage website strategy and content for prospective/current students
  • Partner with IT to maintain and enhance the site using Brightspot CMS
  • Improve user experience (navigation forms design)
  • Ensure content is accurate timely and accessible (WCAG standards)

Prospective Student Lifecycle

  • Lead midfunnel marketing strategy (email SMS chatbot)
  • Create automated deadline reminders workshops and events
  • Personalize communication based on region and interests
  • Coordinate landing page tests and chatbot improvements

Advisory: Student Retention & Graduation

  • Offer strategic recommendations for retention and alumni engagement
  • Share insights on student behavior for team actions
  • Provide ideas for milestone celebrations and alumni programs

SEO & Analytics

  • Optimize website for SEO (SEMrush Google Search Console)
  • Monitor and report on funnel metrics using analytics
  • Conduct tests to enhance conversions and share findings

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Align marketing efforts with the Brand and Growth teams
  • Advise Communications on effective messaging strategies
  • Integrate marketing campaigns smoothly with Customer Support and IT

Team & Intern Management

  • Recruit and mentor interns
  • Oversee projects using project management software
  • Provide regular feedback and development opportunities

Performance Metrics & Optimization

  • Track conversion rates at each stage of the funnel
  • Conduct continuous A/B and multivariate testing
  • Report highlevel metrics to leadership


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in Marketing or a related field.
