Job Description
Electrical Estimator
Location: Holliston MA
Country: United States
Salary: $125K$175K
Our client a leading merit shop electrical contractor has been in business for nearly five decades and is recognized as one of the largest electrical contractors in the region. They currently rank #25 on the Top 50 Electrical Contractors Listing published by Engineering News Record (October 2024) and have held the #1 ranking in New England for four consecutive years.
As they continue to expand they are seeking an Electrical Estimator to join their growing team in Holliston MA.
Responsibilities
- Analyze bid documents and participate in prebid meetings to accurately assess project scope.
- Execute precise takeoffs and quantity estimates with strong attention to detail.
- Develop comprehensive and wellstructured project estimates.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in electrical estimation with a proven track record.
- Background in the electrical field (field experience and electrical license strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam Conest).
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a positive and selfmotivated attitude.
- Indepth knowledge of construction practices and methods.
