Job Description
Job Title: IT Field Service Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined IT Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role you will travel to client sites to install maintain and support computer systems networks and specialized imaging equipment. Youll be the face of our company in the field so strong customer service skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customer locations to install and configure hardware and software systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networks computers and peripheral devices
Perform routine maintenance on IT and mechanical equipment
Provide clear and friendly technical support to end users
Document work performed in a ticketing system
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests
MustHave Qualifications:
Willingness and enthusiasm to travel frequently in southern New England
Strong mechanical aptitude
Solid understanding of computer hardware software and networking principles
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience installing and configuring computer systems at customer sites
Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems
Ability to methodically troubleshoot complex technical problems
Bonus Experience (Preferred but not required):
Experience in dental or medical environments
Knowledge of or handson experience with 3D imaging and dental Xray systems
Experience with automated ticketing systems
