Job Description
Join a Level 2 trauma center in Winchester VA as a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) RN where youll deliver direct patient care for cardiac surgeries in a collaborative highacuity environment. This fulltime onsite role offers a midgrade pay of $49.24/hr with shift differentials up to $20K signon bonus and relocation assistance up to $7500.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with cardiac surgeries and float to noncardiac OR cases as needed

Enforce aseptic techniques ensure safe equipment use manage specimens
-
Scrub duties include maintaining sterile field and passing instruments
-
Pre and postop care documentation in EMR and supply counts
Qualifications:
-
BSN required MSN preferred
-
RN License (Virginia or compact state)
-
AHA BLS required; specialty certs preferred
-
Minimum 5616 hours RN experience; RN III preferred
Extras:

3.56.5/hr shift differentials

$15K$20K signon bonus based on RN level

$5K$7.5K relocation bonus based on distance
