Job Description

- Assist with tree removal pruning and cleanup tasks on job sites
- Operate and maintain groundlevel equipment such as chainsaws chippers blowers and ropes
- Clear brush wood and debris from the work area
- Support climbers and bucket operators by managing rigging and communication
- Load and unload tools equipment and materials
- Perform daily vehicle and equipment checks to ensure readiness
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
- Provide excellent customer service on residential and commercial properties
- Valid drivers license required; CDL preferred.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Previous experience in tree care landscaping or a related field is a plus.
- Availability to work 10hour days 40 hours per week and travel for extended periods (weatherdriven).
- Outdoor work in varying weather and terrain conditions
- Physically demanding; standing bending lifting and climbing involved
- Use of safety equipment required (PPE provided)
