Job Description
The work: ICF is seeking a Program Coordinator to support science and engineering innovation programs at the National Science Foundation (NSF). Your work will contribute to enabling the U.S. to uphold its leadership in innovation in science and engineering.This is an opportunity to contribute to an important project from its beginning work with the latest and emerging technologies and all while building a great career at ICF!
Job Location: This role is based in Alexandria VA.
What you will do:
Implement projects for an NSF directorate.
Oversee strategy implementation daily operations task progress logistics performance and deliverables of specific directorate efforts and/or programs.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of tasks and deliverables including those assigned developed and implemented by support contractors.
Serve as the point of contact for technical program management tasks and deliverables.
Manage daytoday operations of the directorate division sections or program tasks requested by the federal team.
Collaborate closely with federal staff responsible for identifying and overseeing requirements.
What You Will Bring With You:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Minimum of 10 years of management experience.
BS/BA degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
What We Would Like You To Bring With You:
Demonstrated skills and experience in project management and strategy.
Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools and systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Professional Skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain effective communication channels with federal technical staff and technical programmatic personnel.
Strong multitasking abilities familiar with a fastpaced environment.
