NOTICE OF VACANCY
Summer Grounds Workers
Temporary Positions (up to 4)
The Montgomery County School Board Virginia is now accepting applications for temporary summer grounds worker positions that are available in the division. These positions may begin on or about June 2 2025 through about July 31 2025. Position shall not exceed 40 hours per week and hours may vary depending on the needs of the division.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The temporary summer grounds worker performs duties to include mowing trimming mulching and other grounds maintenance tasks at various division locations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to read and follow basic operating instructions
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to respond well to emergencies
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions
- Dependability and punctuality required
Salary: $15.00 $35.85 depending on experience
FLSA: NonExempt
