Company Overview

Leading construction firm based in Orange County CA specializing in commercial and industrial developments with a strong focus on selfstorage facility construction. With a commitment to quality innovation and ontime delivery we are seeking a resultsdriven and detailoriented Project Manager to join our growing team.

Position Summary

As a Project Manager you will oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects focused on storage facilities from planning and permitting to execution and closeout. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing storage facility construction projects excellent communication skills and a strong ability to lead crossfunctional teams while maintaining budget schedule and quality standards. This position is based in Orange County but may require occasional travel to project sites located both instate and outofstate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects related to storage facilities.

  • Direct project teams including subcontractors engineers architects and internal staff.

  • Develop and manage budgets schedules and project documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and contractual obligations.

  • Oversee procurement of materials and coordination of logistics.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any fieldrelated issues.

  • Lead meetings generate progress reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Travel to outofarea project sites as needed to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 5 7 years of project management experience in commercial construction with a specific focus on storage facility projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods scheduling (e.g. MS Project Primavera) budgeting and cost control.

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g. Procore Bluebeam AutoCAD).

  • Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.

  • OSHA certification preferred.

  • PMP certification is a plus.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as project demands require.
