Job Description
As the Client Support Insurance professional within our insurance team reporting to the Insurance Team Leader your role will primarily be responsible for supporting the Insurance division in its services to replace lost and/or stolen products on behalf of Insurance Companies. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Liaising with Insurance Companies insured customers and JB HiFi Group Stores
- Validating and quoting consumer electrical products for insurance replacement.
- Inbound and outbound calls (no salesrelated calls)
- Preparing orders and managing ongoing caseloads.
- Meeting KPIs and deadlines in line with Insurance Company Service Level Agreements
This handson role in a fastpaced environment will suit a professional with similar experience and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves!
Qualifications :
Your strong customer service skills and keen eye for detail will hold you in good stead and see your success in this role. You will also possess:
- A friendly professional and calm phone manner
- Strong customer service skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- A strong desire to be proactive.
- Proficiency in time management and multitasking
- Knowledge of consumer electronics and white goods (not mandatory but highly advantageous)
