Responsibilities
Accurately input and update customer data in our systems
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a courteous and professional manner
Resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate department
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service and data processes
Perform routine administrative tasks as assigned
