QA Engineer (FullStack Support)
Remote Role Anywhere in Canada
The Opportunity
We are seeking a versatile clientfocused QA Engineer (FullStack Support) who thrives at the intersection of technical support and quality assurance for SaaS products. This hybrid role is ideal for someone comfortable with at least part of our technology stackincluding Typescript/ES6 Python AWS services SQL and noSQL databaseswho also excels at providing empathetic proactive client support and detailed meticulous quality assurance.
What Youll Do
Provide firstline technical support to clients diagnosing and resolving issues with professionalism and urgency
Collaborate closely with developers to test new features rigorouslyboth manually and through automation
Develop maintain and expand our automated testing frameworks
Write clear comprehensive technical documentation and clientfacing knowledge base articles
Participate in triage sessions and contribute to ongoing platform improvements based on client feedback and QA findings
Communicate effectively with clients ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and clearly
Help maintain and improve internal QA processes and testing standards
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Professional experience in software quality assurance engineering or technical support
Demonstrable proficiency with Typescript/ES6
Familiarity with React Node AWS Services SQL Python
Experience in planning organizing and executing comprehensive manual testing
Familiarity with specific unittesting / E2E testing frameworks like Playwright Jest/Mocha Cypress etc.
Detailoriented mindset with a strong passion for delivering highquality products and exceptional client support
Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients of varying technical proficiency
Experience with automated testing tools/frameworks considered a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Selfmotivated proactive with a collaborative team spirit
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
