Job Description
- Provide technical expertise on all aspects of JIRA and Confluence including configuration customization administration and integration.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to implement Jira best practices and solutions.
- Train and support users on how to use Jira effectively.
- Develop and maintain Jira documentation and knowledge bases.
- Work closely with end users to efficiently plan and execute data migration projects from other tools and platforms onto JIRA.
- Participate in process improvement efforts across the team and organization to identify develop and deliver services and solutions leading to improved end user satisfaction.
- Ensure our tooling is performant and scalable with a focus on ensuring services are always available in line with agreed SLAs.
- Ensure our tooling is safe and secure inline with IT security standards.
- Ensure seamless introduction of updates and necessary downtime with minimal impact on end users.
- Proactively communicate new releases and improvements to enable successful adoption.
- Build a continuous improvements backlog for a team of JIRA administrators to implement.
- Proactively seek feedback from end users to understand customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Research and keep up to date with new trends solutions and features within the industry.
- Attend webinars conferences and build your professional network.
Qualifications :
Essential:
- Demonstrates experience in configuring and implementing JIRA and Confluence for medium to large organizations.
- Experience working with diverse teams across different geographical locations ensuring a balanced and versatile approach to problem solving.
- JIRA certification.
- Capability to integration JIRA with other tools and platforms used within the company to ensure a seamless technological ecosystem.
- Experience in safely and efficiently migrating data from other project management tools to JIRA.
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices as projects may employ this methodology in future.
- Experience working within a highly dynamic change environment having the ability to plan communicate implement and support the smooth transition of individuals and organizations through periods of significant change ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption.
