Job Description
Global Service Center Media Measurement (GSC MM) is an operations department located in Sofia a global centralized Hub working closely with all Media Measurement local and global teams including Technology and Commercial. The department provides wide range of services including data and systems quality control panel helpdesk data processing and delivery data analytics data science and automation.
The GSC MM Senior Data Production Specialist is monitoring and executing data processing workflows using big data tools and predefined procedures ensuring proper workflow configurations and data integrity. Will be responsible for production of regular and ad hoc data deliveries for multiple markets worldwide.
Key Activities:
- Execution of predefined procedures for data processing using different proprietary tools
- Configuration of data workflow and regular data processing for different countries and panels
- Regular monitoring of incoming data and data integrity checks before processing
- Timely escalations of data quality issues and data investigations support
- Collaboration with the relevant global teams product operations software development etc.
- Support and training of more junior team members
- Documentation of supported processes and relevant business knowledge
- Assistance in the development and implementation of best practices
- Contribution to knowledge sharing sessions and initiatives
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in working with data and general data management skills
- Advanced level of MS Excel or similar tools
- Basic knowledge in SQL data query
- Understanding of internet technologies and big data concepts
- Basic understanding of market research and statistical concepts
- Analytical mindset problemsolving and effective communication skills
- Very good level of English language
- Knowledge in computer programming is considered as advantage
- University degree
