About the role:
Responsibilities:
- In partnership with our recruiters regularly schedule a high volume of candidate interviews debriefs and reference checks
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates communicating externally with a warm and informative tone to provide a hightouch candidate experience
- Support and suggest improvements to our recruitment processes in collaboration with other team members in often ambiguous situations
You might be a good fit if:
- You have 2 years of experience in a high volume scheduling role
- You are passionate about creating an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- You have excellent communication skills especially a knack for writing friendly informative emails
- You excel in a fastpaced environment where you are frequently responding to questions requests or other new action items
- You love feedback and are comfortable both requesting and providing feedback to your colleagues
Strong candidates may also:
- Be proactive in ambiguous situations and able to quickly generate multiple potential solutions to challenging problems
- Have experience acting as a strategic partner to Recruiters helping them see around corners and suggesting improvements to their processes
- Have an interest in Anthropics mission and our deep commitment to AI safety in research and product development
RoleSpecific Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected base pay for this role is $70 USD/hour.
- This role will be employed through our 3rd party talent partner. Please note that this role as a shortterm contract position is not eligible for the additional benefits stated below and will instead be eligible for different benefits as provided by our talent partner.
Logistics
Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Locationbased hybrid policy: Currently we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:We do sponsor visas! However we arent able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

We believe that the highestimpact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few largescale research efforts. And we value impact advancing our longterm goals of steerable trustworthy AI rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. Were an extremely collaborative group and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highestimpact work at any given time. As such we greatly value communication skills.
