Salary Range: The annual salary range for this role is $95000 $110000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to oversee The Rooftop by JG! This is an amazing opportunity to not only join one of the worlds largest hospitality companies but also one of the most diverse and renowned restaurant groups in the world.
This Forbes 5Star property has 170 rooms 6300 square feet of banquet space and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants lobby lounge and inroom dining.
In this role you will oversee The Rooftop by JG managing a team of 50 and reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage. The Rooftop by JG a JeanGeorges Vongerichten restaurant offers panoramic views of the city skyline serving American classics for lunch and dinner.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with a passion for providing exceptional service a keen eye for detail and a talent for developing others. At least four (4) years of restaurant management experience with a background in fine dining and highvolume environments is required. Union and luxury hotel experience are a plus.

What will I be doing
As a Restaurant General Manager you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of The Rooftop by JG in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
