Job Description
The Case Manager position is in Carlin Nevada the role involves managing youth case files teaching the programs core components teaching goal-setting and life planning overseeing the mentoring program and facilitating Cadet placement and progress throughout both program phases. Responsibilities include screening Cadet and Mentor applicants providing training maintaining detailed records and supporting Cadets academic and personal development. The Case Manager also serves as a liaison for parents mentors and community stakeholders works variable hours including weekends and must pass regular background checks and training requirements. This position requires strong communication organization and decision-making skills in a dynamic and structured environment aimed at transforming the lives of disengaged youth.
