As a University Recruiter at Databricks India you will be an integral part of the early career team supporting our Intern and New Grad hiring efforts as well as our intern and campus programs. You will focus on full cycle recruiting for technical candidates campus engagement and events and supporting our interns through the intern program.
This will be the first ever University Recruiter across Databricks APAC !
Were looking for someone whos excited to build an earlyincareer intern & campus hiring programs from scratch and find the best ways to recruit and support a diverse group of early career candidates !
The impact you will have:
- Fullcycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates
- Partner closely & build strong relationships with various universities
- Work 1:1 with interns and intern managers coaching and supporting through the intern program
- Partner with business leaders to assist with team matching and allocation
- Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity
- Manage intern and campus recruiting partnerships and events
- Build campus & intern programs from scratch !
What we look for
- 10 years of industry experience
- Extensive industry experience partnering & collaborating with a wide array of universities while hiring earlycareer tech talent
- A strong track record of sourcing screening and closing early in career technical candidates while providing toptier candidate experience
- Program and/or event management is a plus !
- A focus on efficient and effective recruiting processes that support a diverse candidate pool
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders (internal & external)
