Responsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plans. Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process. Is accountable for managing a profitable revenue stream. Typically manages a relatively large number of individual contributing projects Provides oversight to projects within the portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner.
Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders customers and vendors. Product technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Responsibilities
Minimum 16 years of total experience relevant to this position including 10 years of Project and portfolio management experience.
Should have multiple full lifecycle implementation experience with three end to end cloud implementations or 10 years of Oracle cloud experience
Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to solution design implementation datamigration system testing user acceptance testing and golive.
Exposure to SaaS and PaaS delivery models.
Strong business writing skills and verbal communication.
Strong analytical abilities and exposure to quantitative project management including financials and metrics.
Navigate the complexities of crossborder and/or diverse teams and engagements.
Initiate and lead open conversations with teams clients and stakeholders to build trust.
Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
