About the role:
The Officer Maintenance is responsible for the effective coordination and oversight of the delivery of building and grounds maintenance for Residential Services at the Warrnambool campus. This position will be responsible for daytoday maintenance and repairs engaging and supervising trades and contractors where necessary spot cleaning and related activity.
