- Based at our Warrnambool Campus
- Parttime 0.5 FTE and continuing
- HEW 5 $80199 $% Superannuation (pro rata part time)

About the role:
The Officer Maintenance is responsible for the effective coordination and oversight of the delivery of building and grounds maintenance for Residential Services at the Warrnambool campus. This position will be responsible for daytoday maintenance and repairs engaging and supervising trades and contractors where necessary spot cleaning and related activity.
As an Officer Maintenance you will:
- Contribute to the development and ongoing review of preventative reactive and cyclic maintenance programs
- Envision future conditions and needs not just solve current problems
- Consult with available sources to gather relevant information and seek the expertise and advice of other people as appropriate
- Understand local processes prepare standard documents manage records regularly track progress of work tasks and identify key issues
- Deliver effective and efficient outcomes and outputs against team and operational work plans
To be successful youll have:
- Broad experience carrying out general facility maintenance tasks including minor repairs fitting and equipment replacement in both old and new buildings.
- Current trade or building qualifications or relevant applicable experience
- Completion of a PostTrades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.( carpentry building plumbing mechanical or electrical services )
- Computer skills in MS office Outlook/Emails and similar general computer applications
