Job Description

What You Will Achieve

Youll be a critical member of the Kalamazoo Site Leadership and the People Experience (PX) Americas teams and play a key role in an organization that has people at its heart. You will be responsible for leading People Experience at the Pfizer Kalamazoo Michigan Site and four smaller sites delivering and improving PX processes and programs through continuous improvement efforts technology solutions and direct coaching. This is a fulltime position leading site People Experience for a multishift 24hour manufacturing operation. This role partners closely with business leaders supporting important talent initiatives such as; colleague development engagement and retention organizational effectiveness design and change. The successful candidate will partner with and coach site leaders to ensure sustained focus on growth talent retention and talent development across the site. This People Experience role requires strong coaching consultative and influencing skills to facilitate culture change and build leadership capability and effectiveness. Must be a credible influencer and possess a strong ability to motivate others to deliver strong results. This role is a people manager and provides people experience support to four additional Pfizer Global Supply sites Rochester MI Middleton WI and Franklin WI and Pearl River NY.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Set objectives and manage multiple projects using your knowledge of industry customer requirements and general business environment to implement strategic actions for your business unit.
  • Lead or colead projects across the division that are multifaceted and unique in complexity.
  • Understand the strategy of a wide range of business clients and ensure the implementation of global regional and/or key market initiatives.
  • Lead Site PX in coaching building and enabling manager capabilities and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities within the department typically involving crossfunctional representatives.
  • Ensure programs and processes are aligned with the Business and PX strategies.
  • Ensure PX processes and programs are delivered in a consistent and effective manner in line with Business priorities PX Strategy and PX Service delivery Model.
  • Support Mergers Acquisitions Divestitures Restructurings Corporatewide initiatives and Strategic Business Unit initiatives.
  • Ensure close alignment with PX Leads to promote Talent Management process Career Management in line with the business strategies seeking to encourage a culture of continuous learning and professionaldevelopment.
  • Develop a team of strong PX business partners and operational experts by building functional and behavioral capabilities.
  • Support initiatives and projects approved in the Operating Plan.
  • Coach leaders to leverage all people related key processes and strategies to support their teams.
  • Lead efforts to create a culture of colleague wellness and engagement
  • Drive change management efforts in partnership with Site leaders to ensure the organization navigates successfully EMAP

Qualifications

MustHave

  • Bachelors Degree and 10 years ofexperience.
  • Strong People Management and talent development experience.
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits management Recruitment & Selection Change Management and Project Management.
  • Strong collaboration skills with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills.

NicetoHave

  • Masters degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
  • Experience in leading country or regional projects under a matrix organization.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169700.00 to $282900.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
