San Marcos Academy is seeking applications for a High School Head Volleyball Coach. This is an excellent position for individuals seeking to coach/work in a Christian environment that will allow for professional and spiritual growth. The position is parttime (stipend only).
Required Qualifications:
- A Christian testimony
- A passion for working with young people
- A passion for coaching (volleyball experience preferred)
- Background knowledge of fundamental volleyball skills
- Availability to be at practice and games
- Ability to organize and oversee practice
- Knowledge of basic game strategies
Responsibilities Include:
- Running daily practices MondayFriday and some Saturday practices or/ games
- Attending all practices and games
- Driving the team to games in a 15 passenger bus (CDL preferred but not required)
- Serving as a role model for players and other students
Compensation: Stipend Position
Start Date: August 4 2025 November 15 2025 (seasonal)
