Why Patients Need You
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure tender and contracting excellence across the entire portfolio including Vaccines NIPs with a focus on implementing a joint system across various International markets.
What You Will Achieve
As part of the International T&C COE the role will support efforts to optimize tender value proposition towards market organizations improve tender visibility planning readiness and increase win/loss ratio in a cross functional setting and alignment ultimately driving revenue growth through effective tender and contracting leadership and continuous tracking.
How You Will Achieve It
Strategic Tender Management Improved visibility planning processes forecasting tender lifecycle competitive insights pricing supply white space
Support the T&C COE Lead to identify the top strategic accounts/tenders to optimize topline revenue and improve tender margins identify growth drivers and provide recommendations to Country Presidents/Country Managers.
Drive proactive tender & contract planning for OP26 and achieve a 24 months T&C calendar across all TAs and geographies in collaboration with different stakeholders. Support markets followingthrough on must win guidance as well as long tail visibility targets
Alignment of T&C planning with demand forecast ensure supply review of upcoming T&C based on a probability weighted approach.
Identification of White Space identify untapped tender opportunities ensure visibility and data quality capture TOP 3 opportunities (by focus product and geography)
Operational Excellence Support countries in scope to ensure highquality tender submissions and ensure compliant bidding in particular re. supply review processes
Rollout overhauled GTCS system to markets and onboard new colleagues to the database support creation of training materials conduct training sessions and provide indepths process support
Codevelop an International tender calendar and tender prioritization
Develop and rollout a supply review process for T&C opportunities together with T&C platform lead and digital support.
Support Senior Leadership T&C strategy review meetings based on T&C intelligence captured
Setup analytics to support T&C planning process as well as supply and demand alignment process
Ensure appropriate usage of tender platforms. Ensure countries provide appropriate and good quality data for international visibility and senior management reporting
Coordinate project objectives and activities with regional partners assuring the projects are efficiently integrated with other efforts.
Collaborate with markets and crossfunctional partners to capture competitor intelligence drive innovative approaches to enrich T&C decisions.
Provide input into annual planning process and coordinates across countries in scope to manage the analysis reporting and target setting for tender budget setting/review.
Prepare and discuss monthly Tender cockpit/performance vs KPIs
Qualifications
MustHave
Bachelors degree in business economics health economics public health health services research with 8 years of experience.
Business seniority and acumen
Financial acumen
Strong SME in Tendering: experience in tender and contracting and/or pricing & market access roles (tendering experience preferred).
Originator LOE leadership experience (patient access / commercial).
Familiarity with regional tender (public and private) and contracting practices financing mechanics and regulations in IDM and Emerging Markets.
Proven success and experience in leading by influence.
Functional knowledge:
Indepth knowledge of global tender and contracting systems and platforms.
Data generation modelling and synthesis forecasting
Pricing and Reimbursement
Business and Access knowledge
Value propositions and innovative value creation
Market access strategies and execution
Stakeholder management
Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize tender and contracting processes.

NIP/Vaccines tender experience a plus.
Demonstrates span of control across multiple therapeutic areas (including Vaccines) strongly preferred. Experience in access strategies development is strongly preferred.
